Terms of use

The game and its publisher

These terms govern the use of CIRK, published by ZenoPro Inc. in Québec, Canada. The current version is free and in development. It may change, contain errors or be temporarily unavailable.

Your permission to play

You may use the game for personal entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of the game. You may share screenshots and gameplay videos, including for commentary or reviews, without suggesting an official partnership and while respecting third-party rights.

Respect other people, intellectual property rights and the service’s operation. Do not attempt to access other people’s systems or data without authorization, disrupt the service or distribute malware. Copying or redistributing the complete game requires authorization from the relevant rights holders, subject to permissions and exceptions under applicable law and licenses.

Coins, crystals and the store

Coins and crystals in this version are virtual resources earned through play. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn as cash, are not an investment and are not intended for betting or resale between players.

No real payments are enabled in this version. Any packs and prices shown in the store are proposed previews and cannot be purchased. Future purchases will require appropriate information and terms presented before the transaction; the selling platform’s rules will also apply.

Progress and availability

Progress is stored on your device. It does not sync across devices and may be lost if storage is removed, unavailable or damaged. ZenoPro Inc. does not have a server copy that could restore it. The reset feature removes progress while keeping preferences.

Balance, rewards and features may change during development. We will communicate significant changes affecting use of the game in an appropriate way. Access may be limited when needed for maintenance, security or a legal obligation.

Minors and privacy

If you are a minor, ask your parent or guardian to help you understand these terms where needed. Any age rating in an app store is separate from personal information rules. The privacy policy explains local saving, hosting logs and support communications.

Your legal rights remain

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory warranty, remedy or right provided by law, including consumer protection rights. These terms do not create a blanket liability waiver, mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Applicable Québec and Canadian laws govern these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available where they live. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.

To report a problem or discuss a dispute, contact support@zenopro.fun. Seeking an informal resolution does not restrict your legal remedies.
